Meet Our Administrative Team

At Northwood Elementary, our administrative team is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and high-achieving environment for every student and family we serve. Together, we bring a depth of experience, a passion for education, and a strong belief in the power of partnership between school and home.

Mr. Jonathan Langhals serves as the Principal of Northwood Elementary. Prior to leading our school, he spent 11 years as the Assistant Superintendent for Marysville Schools. Jonathan’s background includes serving as an elementary principal in River Valley Local Schools, Westerville City Schools, and Marysville Schools, as well as elementary classroom teaching experience in Buckeye Valley and Olentangy Local Schools.  His broad range of experience brings a unique perspective to Northwood Elementary in order to assure a safe and personalized educational experience for all of our students. 

Mrs. Shelley Gonzales, our School Secretary, is the heart of our front office. With her warm demeanor and incredible organizational skills, Shelley ensures our daily operations run smoothly and helps create a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, and families.

Mrs. Elaine Jimenez, our Office Aide, provides essential support to our school community. Whether she’s assisting students, updating attendance data, helping with logistics, or lending a helping hand wherever it’s needed, Elaine plays a vital role in keeping Northwood Elementary running efficiently.

Mrs. Tasha Keener, our Health Clinic Aide, provides daily care and support to help ensure the health and well-being of our students. From caring for bumps and scrapes to offering comfort and reassurance, Tasha brings warmth, compassion, and professionalism to our clinic each day. 

Together, this experienced and caring team strives each day to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students, families, staff, and the wider Northwood Elementary community. We are proud to serve and support you!
